Welcome to Stanza & Story.

This space began years ago as GoodPoetry.org, a simple home for classic poems and spoken readings. Over time, the work grew. I started sharing not only poems, but also stories, speeches, and essays from writers like Phillis Wheatley, Langston Hughes, Paul Laurence Dunbar, Ida B. Wells, and many others.

Stanza & Story is the new name for that work: one home for poetry and prose together, curated and narrated by me, Teyuna (TDarris) Darris.
